Coachlight Plaza Apartments is a community with resident programs and events. This dynamic community has 64 townhomes and 4 ground floor units offering spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath, or 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath units. Rent is based on 30% of adjusted gross household income. The income is based on the AMI (Area Median Income) guidelines released by HUD. We currently have a 2-3 year waitlist for these apartments.
